Product Packaging Redesign

In charge of the complete refresh of Umbra brand packaging, which was part of the company’s commitment to practice sustainable design.

Worked along side with Creative Marketing Manager on early stage to develop the concept and framework of the new direction, took lead to roll out the entire transition plan to include all branded products in the catalogue which were covered by over 20 styles of packaging, and built a Brand Packaging Guidelines deck from scratch. Also worked in close collaboration with the overseas production team on material selection, execution, and quality control.

The grand redesign and transition was initiated and kicked off in 2022, the whole team went through a great number of revisions and refinements along the way, it is well received by stakeholders and customers.

It’s been an on-going project since 2022. More samples to come.
